With a business owned and led by an electrical engineer, we believe our team to be top notch and stand out in quality and hospitality. This team is handpicked for leadership, talent, and dedication skills for each residential or commerical project. We believe in the importance of communication, attention to detail, and getting the job done right. Our marketing team is always coming up with new creative ways to help you learn more about our business and the smart technology we install. The sales team puts the customer's needs first while also being realistic with expectations and goals. Our operations team is organized and is very hands-on with the customers and other contractors. All of our technicians are certified and extensively trained. We measure, plan, design and program with great care to make sure you get maximum satisfaction from your installation. Larry Supon President & Electrical Engineer

Larry founded Automated Lifestyles in 2000 with a vision to create smarter, more connected homes and businesses. With a degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, Larry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project. As the owner, he oversees the design and implementation of complex engineering systems, ensuring that each solution is not only innovative but also meets the highest standards of functionality and efficiency. His hands-on approach means he is personally involved in guiding projects from concept to completion, providing clients with tailored, cutting-edge solutions. Outside of work, Larry enjoys traveling with his children and cheering on the Red Sox and Steelers.

Rachel Socha Marketing Manager & Sales Coordinator

Rachel, who joined in 2018, is the creative force behind our marketing efforts and the organizational backbone of our sales department. She leads the development and execution of marketing campaigns and graphic design, manages social media and email strategies, and coordinates sales processes to ensure everything runs smoothly. Rachel also works closely with the sales team to create and deliver presentations and proposals that highlight our services. Her dedication and keen eye for detail have made her an essential part of the team. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with her family on their small farm.

Rob Montague Sr. Commercial Sales Consultant

Rob joined our team in 2023, bringing a diverse background in audio, sales, and technology to lead our commercial sales efforts. Known for his strong communication skills, Rob takes the time to truly listen to clients’ needs, delivering tailored solutions that enhance their business environments. Passionate about the transformative power of music and lighting, he believes it can shape and elevate any space. Outside of work, Rob enjoys running, listening to music, and spending quality time with his family during movie nights.

Kevin Service Sr. Residential Sales Consultant

Kevin joined Automated Lifestyles in 2023, bringing over 20 years of sales experience to our residential projects. A graduate of Boise State, Kevin is known for building trust with clients and walking them through our systems and how our company works, ensuring they feel confident in every decision. His ability to guide clients through the process of creating their dream homes, along with his commitment to customer satisfaction, makes him an invaluable member of our team. Outside of work, Kevin volunteers at his local library and enjoys quality time with his wife and two kids.

Scott Siegfried Operations Manager

Scott has been a key part of our team since 2020, serving as the meticulous planner who ensures our projects run smoothly from start to finish. A Marywood University graduate, Scott excels in managing operations, project management, and service departments with precision. Known for his personable nature, he values direct communication to make sure every client feels heard and supported. Outside of work, Scott has a passion for all things construction-related and enjoys playing volleyball.

Chuck Cechak Service & Project Manager

Chuck has been a vital member of our team since 2016, renowned for his expert troubleshooting and ability to resolve any challenge that comes his way. With over a decade of experience in both sales and technology, Chuck ensures our clients’ systems run flawlessly and handles fast-track projects with unmatched precision. THX certified and deeply passionate about home theater and lighting systems, he brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. Outside of work, Chuck enjoys boating, cars, and spending quality time with his wife and family.

Chris Hojnoski Project Manager

Chris has been with Automated Lifestyles since 2017, advancing through the ranks with a focus on customer service and technical excellence. Known for his positive attitude and dedication to keeping clients well-informed, Chris ensures that every residential project is executed seamlessly. He has a particular passion for working with Lutron products, leveraging their advanced features to enhance client experiences. Outside of work, Chris enjoys watching football and spending quality time with his wife and kids.

Fernando Marques Lighting & Power Design Manager

Fernando joined Automated Lifestyles in 2017 and has quickly become a cornerstone of our team with several years of industry experience. A Johnson College graduate and our Lighting & Power Design Manager, Fernando is deeply involved in each project from concept through completion. His sharp mind and meticulous attention to detail make him a master at creating optimal designs that elevate every space. A true fan of innovation, Fernando installed his favorite product—Lutron lighting control—in his own home. When he's not illuminating lives, you’ll find him exploring the outdoors, fishing, hiking, and camping with his wife.

Donna Rivera Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Donna, who joined our team in 2022, brings over two decades of expertise in operations and inventory management. Known as our team’s ‘Swiss army knife,’ she keeps everything organized and running smoothly, overseeing inventory, managing vendor relationships, and streamlining processes. Donna values teamwork and clear communication, ensuring clients receive what they need exactly when they need it. When she's not keeping us on track, Donna enjoys fishing and unwinding at home.

Marty Monahan Engineering Technician

Marty joined Automated Lifestyles in 2022 and brings a knack for making technology easy to understand. As an engineering technician, he excels at designing systems tailored to each client’s needs. Customers appreciate his patience during training sessions, and his problem-solving skills ensure every installation is seamless. Passionate about Sonos systems, Marty combines his love of audio with his technical expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys playing in bands and spending time with his fiance and their two dogs.

Chris Smith Site Installation Supervisor

Chris joined Automated Lifestyles in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and over a decade of industry expertise to his role as Site Installation Supervisor. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and exceptional team leadership, Chris thrives at the cutting edge of technology, especially when it comes to home theater and audio installations. Outside of work, he’s a family man, enjoying movie nights and outdoor adventures with his wife and two kids.

Tyler Huber Level 3 Technician

Since joining Automated Lifestyles in 2020, Tyler has been a crucial part of our team, expertly coordinating projects and ensuring no detail is missed on job sites. His favorite technology is Alarm.com, valued for its versatility and customization, which perfectly aligns with his meticulous approach to delivering top-quality results. Outside of work, Tyler channels his focus into woodturning and enjoys quality time with his family.

Tim Pacewicz Service Technician & Warehouse Assistant

Since joining Automated Lifestyles in 2021, Tim has brought precision and dedication to every project as a Service Technician & Warehouse Assistant. A Johnson College graduate, he pairs his hands-on expertise with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction. Tim’s passion for tech keeps him on the cutting edge, while his commitment shines through in every job. When he's not perfecting his craft, Tim enjoys traveling, fishing, and making memories with his family.

Liam Walter Level 1 Technician

Liam joined the Automated Lifestyles team in 2024, winning us over during his internship with his enthusiasm and talent. A recent Johnson College graduate, Liam is driven to expand his expertise in Lutron and lighting control systems. Known for his collaborative spirit and quick learning, he's already making an impact on our projects. Outside of work, Liam enjoys the thrill of the outdoors through hunting, fishing, and traveling.

Office Support

Travis Wallace Controller

Travis joined the company in 2018. He is responsible for invoicing, keeping track of finances, and helping us set goals. He has a Master’s in Business Administration. He has 11 years of experience in bookkeeping and his attention to detail is exquisite. He enjoys reading, grilling, and spending time with family.

Kristin Hannah Executive Assistant

Kristin joined the team in 2022 to help assist Larry in all aspects of the business. She has over 22 years experience in the construction and interior design industry and 5 years being an executive assistant. She received her Bachelor’s degree from University of Arizona. She appreciates the team's mentorship and support and loves that everyone wants to see each other succeed. She lives with her husband and 2 dogs. She loves all outdoor activities as well as reading and eating gourmet food.

Abby Crangle Project Operations Assistant

Abby has been with Automated Lifestyles since 2015 and has 10 years experience in the industry. She has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Central Florida. She helps with behind the scenes operations duties from scheduling to supplying customer manuals. She’s always willing to help out where needed to keep the business running smoothly. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids as well as traveling, doing Barre, and attending her kids sporting events.
